Welcome to Miss Lori’s Preschool in Summerlin, Nevada
You have found a place where you can feel good saying goodbye to your child, knowing that they will be safe, nurtured, and educated to their highest potential each day. My program achieves the balance that children need at the preschool and pre-k age between rigorous academics and play and exploration. Children experience nature in my yard where they can find bugs, water plants, pick flowers, and play in the grass. With small class sizes, half-day schedule, and a fully licensed in-home environment, you won’t find a higher quality experience for your child anywhere else.
Give your child a wonderful summer at Miss Lori’s Preschool Summer Camp! Summer preschool and pre-k classes run for 9 weeks, June through August.
Learning and fun are one and the same at Miss Lori’s Preschool!
Advantages of In-Home Preschool
In my home, I’ve created a nurturing environment with stimulating and fun educational activities. One of the biggest benefits of an in-home preschool and prek is small class sizes. I am able to meet the needs of each child- every day! I take a balanced approach to early childhood education. I believe children need both developmental and academic activities. Research shows us that children need to be immersed in age-appropriate developmental activities, (such as fine and gross motor, music, art, speaking/listening) in order to build neuronal connections in the brain. Children also need a challenging curriculum, which will prepare them for academic success in kindergarten.
Every child is special, every family is special. Come join our happy little community! I hope to talk to you soon.
